Orlando Alcordo - Chief Training Officer
Orlando Alcordo NREMT-P is PMT's Director of Training and Continuing Education. Orlando is recognized as one of Arizona's leading educators in pre-hospital training. Over the last ten years, Orlando has been educating EMT's and paramedics for Phoenix College and other training programs throughout the state, and coordinating all EMT and paramedic training at PMT.
Orlando is a member of the BEMS Education Committee, NREMT Items Writing Committee, AEMS Redbook Committee, and National Association of EMS Educators Member. As a recipient of Paramedic for the Year for the State of Arizona, Orlando has become an ideal role model and educator to oversee PMT's training center. Orlando with PMT Ambulance has been working closely with the student teams of the Innovation Space and Industrial Design department a trans-disciplinary program at ASU. This Department supports and accelerates the transfer of new product design concepts with its recent focus on EMS to create value for the industry while contributing to a socially responsible and sustainable future.
